Position: ServiceNow Tester

Location: Calgary, Canada Hybrid

Duration: Long Term Contract

Domain: Health Insurance

Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

- Foundation Data: CMDB, groups, users, roles & taxonomy aligned for segregation
- Portal & Access: Unified branded portal with show/hide logic company attribute
- Catalog & Request Mgmt : show/hide rules, form visibility by company attribute
- ITSM: Incident, Problem, change, Request, knowledge, hardware asset management, Service Portfolio Management, Service Design Factory
- Reporting: Dashboard & data level access control by company attribute
- Integrations: Connectivity verification for Jira, Genesys/IVR, Bigpanda, oracle, PlanView
- Work Mode: WFH (Need to travel to office on need basis)
