Job Title: ServiceNow Testing Consultant
Location: Calgary, Canada (WFH – occasional office travel required)
Duration: 6 Months plus
Experience: 8+ Years
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Testing Consultant with solid expertise in testing ServiceNow ITSM applications, Service Portal, CMDB, Service Catalog, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing, validation of workflows, reporting, and third-party integrations.
Mandatory Skills
- ServiceNow Testing (Must Have)
- ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- CMDB Testing
- Service Catalog & Service Portal Testing
- Knowledge Management
- Hardware Asset Management
- Service Portfolio Management
- Dashboard & Reporting Validation
- Integration Testing (Jira, Genesys/IVR, BigPanda, Oracle, Planview)
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Health Insurance domain experience
