The Prospect Portland Tractor

Inc. is looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Grand Prairie, Alberta. As the Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for all the shipping and receiving of parts in our warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the Shipper/Receiver your key responsibilities will include: Preparing shipping documents including BOL’s, packing lists, and custom invoices

Responding to requests from the Sales team

Loading shipments to carrier trucks

Scheduling shipments through various courier sites

Tracking all orders in transit

Maintaining parts and supplies and receiving parts and machine lots

Perform the necessary lifting and handling of materials as required

Processing returns Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: Valid driver's license

Previous experience operating a forklift or a valid forklift operator ticket is an asset

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills





Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines
