Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Clerk and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using warehouse management systems such as MRPs or AS400.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling products for delivery, ensuring proper packaging standards are met.
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely to load and unload trucks, move inventory within the warehouse, and support order picking activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and updates in warehouse management systems.
- Assist with order fulfillment by selecting items efficiently using order pickers and ensuring timely dispatch of orders for e-commerce or wholesale customers.
- Support warehouse organization by maintaining cleanliness, safety standards,



and proper storage of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to improve shipping & receiving workflows and troubleshoot any discrepancies or issues that arise during the process.

Experience

- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with exposure to shipping & receiving operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, including order picking, load & unload procedures, and inventory management.
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as MRPs or AS400 for tracking inventory and shipments.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
