The Shipping, Receiving & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of inventory while helping promote A&E; Motorsports through engaging social media content. This role supports the Parts, Service, and Sales departments by maintaining organized inventory and showcasing new products, customer orders, dealership events, and the motorsports lifestyle online.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

- Receive incoming shipments from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Accurately enter received inventory into Lightspeed.
- Label, organize, and stock inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer, dealership, and warranty orders for shipment.
- Coordinate outgoing freight with courier and trucking companies.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
- Assist the Parts, Sales, and Service departments with inventory needs.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely (training provided if required).
- Process online Amazon Sales and shipments to customers

Social Media & Marketing
- Capture photos and videos of new inventory, customer deliveries, accessories, and dealership events.




- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish social media posts on a regular basis.
- Respond to social media messages and comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Highlight promotions, financing offers, service specials, and new arrivals.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Help maintain the dealership website by updating inventory photos and product information when needed.

Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is an asset.
- Experience with social media platforms for business is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, inventory software, and smartphones for content creation.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
