OXE Inc. is looking for a qualified crew to join our dynamic residential exterior division.

This is a CONTRACT POSITION, in which your team will be compensated by the quantity of material installed project to project A qualified crew must have:

- At least 2 on site workers, for the sake of efficiency and safety
- MUST have your own truck, trailer, tools, and all necessary equipment (ie. A-frame, pump jacks) required to perform the job. Truck and trailer must be UNMARKED (no unrelated company logos). No exceptions
- Extended experience with vinyl, James Hardie and LP SmartSide installs, as well as with soffit and fascia
- Active WCB and be able to provide an up to date clearance
- Active GST number
- Be able to provide at least 2 relevant trade references

Duties

- Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials with precision and care
- Use hand tools such as hammers, drills, and saws to complete installations efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate application
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning,



caulking gaps, and ensuring proper alignment before installation
- Perform occasional heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean work setting by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly

Experience

- Extended experience with vinyl, Hardie and LP siding installation is MANDATORY.
- Familiarity with hand tools, carpentry techniques
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during demanding workdays
- Knowledge of caulking techniques ensures finished work is weatherproof and visually appealing
