Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Site Administrator is the senior leader responsible for the overall operations, quality of care, team engagement, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and strategic leadership of the home.

Mission Creek Landing is entering our biggest chapter yet. We're expanding from 132 to 242 beds in Summer 2026, nestled beside the scenic Mission Creek Regional Park in East Kelowna. For over four decades, the community has provided a safe, supportive, and caring home for seniors requiring long-term care and specialized support. What You'll Do

As Site Administrator, you will:

· Lead the overall operation of the care community

· Partner with and support the leadership team, including Clinical Care, Support Services, Maintenance, and Administration

· Foster a culture focused on resident-centred care, quality, safety, and service excellence

· Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health authority contracts, accreditation standards, and applicable legislation





· Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, community partners, and regulatory bodies

· Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance

· Champion employee engagement, development, recruitment, retention, and leadership growth

· Lead quality improvement, risk management, occupational health and safety, and organizational initiatives Who You Are

You are a passionate and values-driven leader who believes exceptional resident care begins with exceptional leadership. You bring:

· Experience leading teams in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Seniors Housing, or Healthcare

· Strong operational, financial, and human resource management skills

· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities

· A collaborative leadership style that inspires trust, accountability, and engagement

· The ability to balance operational excellence with compassionate, resident-focused care

· A commitment to creating an environment where residents, families, and employees thrive Qualifications

· Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in Long-Term Care or a comparable healthcare setting

· Demonstrated experience managing operational, financial, and human resources responsibilities

· Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement,



and resident-centred care practices

· Exceptional professionalism, judgement, and interpersonal skills

· A proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams We offer:
