We are searching for an experienced Superintendent to join our Field Operations team!

Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, the Superintendent is responsible for providing overall on-site management, administrative direction, and technical direction on project construction. This position is also responsible for enforcing Company and project policies while ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This position is based in London with Site Superintendent travel required The Job:

- Be the "go to" person for all site employees and subcontractors
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor performance to ensure the best quality and maintain project timelines
- Champion on-site workplace safety
- Communicate all delays, issues, and updates to the management team

What you Bring:

- 5-10 years of site supervision experience (or similar)
- Technical trade diploma
- Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineer drawings, and other documents
- Sense of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Excellent communication skills and a "get 'er done" attitude
