Job Overview:

We’re looking for a full time Ski and Board Tech to join our team for the upcoming winter season (and beyond!). You’ll be responsible for tuning, waxing, mounting, and repairing skis and snowboards, helping our customers stay safe and stoked on the slopes.

Responsibilities:

- Perform ski and snowboard tunes, waxes, mounts, and basic repairs
- Provide excellent customer service and equipment advice
- Maintain a clean and organized workbench and tuning area
- Stay up to date with the latest tech, tools, and safety standards
- Assist with retail floor tasks when needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience tuning and repairing skis/snowboards (training available for the right candidate)




- Passion for snow sports and mountain culture
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during peak season
