In this role, you'll collaborate with the Property Manager to oversee various maintenance activities including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Your proven experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry will be vital in upholding our property standards and ensuring timely responses to resident requests.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute scheduled maintenance work efficiently • Respond to service requests within 24 hours • Repair and renovate units and common spaces • Perform essential minor repairs in plumbing and electrical work • Support emergency protocols and safety systems
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in maintenance or related field • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Knowledge of Ontario residential tenancy laws • Valid Ontario G driver’s license with clean record • Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physical tasks
