Our site is remote and located approximately one hour East of Hope.

We have 3 Doosan / Devlon 280 Loaders a 200 size excavator, a couple of large trommel screens, a shredder, a stacker and a variety of other equipment on site which we use to process organics into a Class A Compost.

We have numerous camp sites on property where a candidate can park a trailer. Save the travel time and wasted fuel spent on daily commuting. We also have a site cabin with a hot water shower and 3 bedrooms. The cabin has a full kitchen and we provide these accomodations (when available) to staff at no cost.

We work 10 hour shifts and mechanical skills or experience of any kind should be highlighted in the application.

Most of our operators started as labourers and after less than a year started spending more time in equipment.



If you show up for work on time and show some initiative you will move up quickly at net zero. Labourers need to support operators and be willing to get their hands dirty. This includes greasing equipment, site cleanup, picking plastic and using the small loader to load customers with soil. Experience with equipment or mechanical expertise preferred.
