- Direct traffic flow of vessels arriving and departing
- Monitor compliance with loading protocols per shipping instructions
- Supervise initial and final draft surveys on barges
- Coordinate between ship crews and port authorities
- Ensure efficient execution of cargo placement and rehandling tasks Requirements:
