Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: $3500 to $4000 monthly

About the Role

As our Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will create engaging content, manage all social media platforms, produce professional video and graphic content, oversee digital advertising campaigns, be responsible for organic lead generation and help educate thousands of people on Canadian immigration.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

· Create, schedule, publish, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

· Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.

· Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

· Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and audience inquiries.

· Build and grow our online community.

· Stay up to date with platform updates, social media trends, and best practices.

Immigration Content & Research

· Stay informed about Canadian immigration news, policy updates, and IRCC announcements.

· Research and simplify complex immigration topics into engaging social media content.

· Work closely with licensed immigration consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Create educational content that builds trust and positions IMMIRRA as an industry leader.

Content Creation & Video Production

· Plan, script, film, edit, and publish high-quality video content.

· Produce Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, You Tube long form videos , educational videos, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.

· Design graphics, presentations, brochures, case studies, and marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

· Capture photography and video content during office events and seminars.

Digital Marketing

· Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

· Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn advertising, SEO,



and email marketing campaigns.

· Research audience behaviour, trends, and competitor strategies.

· Collaborate with management to develop campaigns aligned with business objectives.

· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and allocation of marketing resources.

Analytics & Performance

· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.

· Monitor engagement, reach, conversions, and lead generation.

· Recommend improvements and prepare monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

· Excellent writing, editing, communication, and research skills.

· Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.

· Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

Assets

· Experience in immigration, legal, education, or professional services.

· Familiarity with Canadian immigration law, IRCC programs, or immigration policies.

· Experience appearing on camera.
