Pay: $/ per hour + performance bonus (% of closed brand partnerships)

About the role

I'm a lifestyle and travel content creator building a personal brand focused on fashion, beauty, and travel. I'm looking for one person to own content production end to end — from the idea to the published post.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be shooting with me in person several times a week around Toronto, and handling the strategy behind what we shoot.

What you'll do

- Plan and schedule content shoots (2–3 times per week)
- Develop content ideas and write scripts for short-form video
- Film and direct on location — you're behind the camera
- Edit or coordinate editing of Reels, TikToks, and Stories
- Track account performance and adjust strategy based on what's working
- Research trends, audio, and formats relevant to lifestyle, fashion, and travel

What I'm looking for

- Proven experience running or growing a social media account (portfolio or case studies required)
- Strong video shooting skills — iPhone-first is fine,



camera experience is a plus
- Comfortable writing scripts and hooks in English
- Based in Toronto or GTA with reliable transportation to shoot locations
- Good visual taste. My content is understated and editorial, not loud or trend-chasing
- Self-directed. You bring ideas rather than waiting for a brief

Nice to have

- Editing experience in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut

Compensation

- Hourly rate for all time worked, including planning, shooting, and editing
- Plus a percentage of revenue from brand deals closed while you're managing the account
