Calm Courage Co. is getting ready to launch our children’s emotional learning app, and we’re looking for two motivated students to join our team as Social Media & Growth Marketing Interns!

? IMPORTANT: This is an unpaid academic internship/co-op placement for COURSE CREDIT ONLY.
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or university program that permits an unpaid internship, co-op, or field placement for academic credit.

? About Calm Courage Co.
Calm Courage Co. is preparing to launch a children’s emotional learning app designed to help kids build confidence, emotional awareness, resilience, empathy, and key life skills through fun and engaging digital experiences.
We’re looking for two students who are excited about social media, digital marketing, advertising, and growing a brand from the ground up.
? What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Your responsibilities will include
- Creating and scheduling social media posts
- Creating Stories, Reels, and short-form content
- Developing engaging content ideas
- Growing followers and increasing engagement
- Engaging with our online community
- Responding to comments and messages
- Helping build our pre-launch audience and waitlist
- Assisting with Facebook & Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager
- Testing audiences, messaging, and creative content
- Helping generate leads and app sign-ups
- Helping turn followers and website visitors into paid app subscribers after launch
- Tracking social media and advertising performance
- Researching ways to reach parents, educators, and child-focused professionals
- Supporting marketing campaigns before, during, and after launch
? Who We’re Looking For
Students studying areas such as:
Marketing • Digital Marketing • Social Media Marketing • Advertising • Communications • Business • E-Commerce or a related field.
Experience with Canva, Reels/TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, content creation, social media management, or digital advertising is an asset. School and personal project experience absolutely counts!
