This is a customer-facing role supporting the configuration and delivery of Crew and Operations Management software for airline clients. The position offers strong exposure to both technical problem solving and client interaction within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with customers to gather requirements and understand business objectives
- Configure and customize Crew Planning and Operations software using Python and a proprietary rule-based language (Rave)
