Mandatory Requirements

Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance Multilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) Experience in policy administration, policy servicing, or insurance operations Ability to interpret insurance policies, endorsements,



and policy documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work accurately in a process-driven environment Good to Have Knowledge of the Canadian P&C; Insurance Market Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar Policy Administration Systems Exposure to insurance compliance and regulatory requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities

Add, modify, delete, and validate policy data to facilitate successful conversion into the target policy administration platform. Compare source system records with target system data and perform required corrections. Validate policy information, endorsements, coverages, limits, deductibles, and other policy attributes.

Investigate and resolve policy conversion exceptions and errors. Monitor policy conversion queues and take corrective action on errored-out policies. Support policy renewals by ensuring timely completion of conversion activities.

Perform quality checks and validation activities in accordance with established QA frameworks. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements. Document exceptions, risks, and issues identified during conversion activities.

Participate in audits, performance reviews, and quality management programs. Maintain daily production and progress reports. Track and report agreed KPIs and SLA performance metrics. Collaborate with Aviva stakeholders on policy-related queries and escalations.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation. This post is for a current vacancy. The hiring process includes an initial screening, followed by a technical evaluation and managerial discussion.
