We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer with strong experience building high-performance, low-latency trading applications for Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contemporary C++, Linux, multithreading, and real-time trading systems, with hands-on experience in electronic trading, market data, or order management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for electronic trading platforms.

Build and optimize low-latency, high-throughput trading systems.

Develop and enhance components such as Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), Market Data, and FIX connectivity.

Optimize application performance, memory usage, and concurrency.

Work closely with traders, quants, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver scalable trading solutions.





Integrate with exchange APIs and market data feeds.

Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and stability.

Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on C++ development experience (C++11/14/17/20).

Strong knowledge of STL, Boost, multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and object-oriented design.

Experience with Linux/Unix development.

Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, sockets, and distributed systems.

Experience with FIX Protocol and electronic trading systems.

Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
