As a Development Manager, you'll play a key role in Coveo's newly organized Product Engineering structure, helping our Explore organization deliver the next generation of AI-powered search and recommendation capabilities.

Lead two or more software development teams working on strategic initiatives within our Explore organization. Partner closely with Product Management, Applied Science, and Engineering leaders to deliver impactful AI-powered capabilities. Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews when appropriate.

Previous experience as a Development Manager leading two or more distinct software development teams.

Robust software engineering background with the ability to understand, review, and discuss production code.

Experience building Software as a Service (SaaS) products.

Experience leading teams working on machine learning or artificial intelligence products.

Experience leading organizations through periods of growth or organizational transformation. Passion for building high-performing teams while remaining close to technical challenges.
