Position: French Software Functional Tester – Contact Center Applications

Location: Onsite- Toronto, ON

We are seeking a French Software Functional Tester with experience in enterprise and contact center application testing . The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English and have robust expertise in functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of customer service platforms, ensuring a seamless bilingual user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for contact center applications.
- Validate IVR, CTI, CRM, chat, email, and voice workflows in French and English.
- Create and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.




- Support UAT activities and ensure compliance with localization and accessibility standards.
- Prepare test documentation, execution reports, and defect summaries.

Required Skills

- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- 3+ years of experience in functional testing.
- Experience testing Contact Center , IVR , CTI , CRM , or customer service applications.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA , Azure DevOps , ALM , or TestRail .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

- Selenium or Cyara automation exposure.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience with voice application or performance testing.
