About the Role
The Solution Architect is a leader with extensive SME experience in complex technical supply‑chain management product knowledge, with an emphasis on high‑tech and semiconductor industries. The role bridges product gaps and supports a combined skilled team of solution consultants who drive change, and developers who integrate the change requirements into the product. The Solution Architect will work in close collaboration with product management, product, deployment teams, and clients to refine the designed solutions to arrive at a final deployable product before going to market. The result is that the customer will be able to fully integrate the product into their business operations model and Kinaxis, creating increased adoption and revenue.
All documentation and operational changes that the team produces are tied to the product and used across the organization. The Professional Services team is the largest consumer of what this team deploys,
supporting clients in integrating the product into their supply‑chain management.
What You Will Do
- Support concurrent product launches from Strategic Planning to Development/Execution and all stages of Early Innovation, Early Adoption, and through to Growth.
- Engage with customers on Early Innovator projects, capture feedback on the product, and ensure it is provided to the Product Manager and Engineering teams.
- Take ownership of solution design, work with the Product Manager to refine process flows, create user stories and test scripts, and define the overall data flow for the program.
- Lead the team of consultants on the programs to ensure the product meets the business needs of the customer.
- Engage multiple stakeholders to ensure PS and partners are ready to deploy the product through the life cycle; provide input and feedback to Training and Enablement on sales and deployment enablement.
- Own outcomes and customer expectations for Early Innovators during the pre‑launch phase.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, industry related.
- 7–10 years of related experience in supply‑chain management software industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in high‑tech supply‑chain or a related field.
- Adept at influencing without direct authority.
- Subject‑matter expert in supply‑chain concepts and best practices, with in‑depth experience with supply‑chain solutions and applications (such as Maestro, Oracle or Blue Yonder).
- Ability to lead, coach a team of seasoned professionals, and manage multiple stakeholders through complex projects.
- Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and system deployment for supply‑chain software implementations.
- Excellent facilitation skills; adept communicator skilled at managing customer and stakeholder interaction.
- Build collaborative relationships, trust, rapport, and credibility within the organization, industry,
and external networks.
- Articulate communicator capable of leading facilitation and presenting information that engages a diverse audience in an inspiring, impactful way; manage ambiguity and incorporate input from others to determine the best course of action.
- Skilled at building new products and solutions.
- Experience supporting rapid innovation during delivery of new products to early adopters during pre‑launch and launch phases.
- Drive early innovator deliveries.
- Drive proof‑of‑value deliveries until growth phase.
- Deliver explainable, supportable, and scalable product capabilities.

- Product Program Management experience from concept to commercialization.
- Expertise in aligning key KPIs and reporting on progress against milestones that drive accountability.
