The Senior Solutions

Engineer plays a critical role in FISPAN's Solutions Team, collaborating across departments to ensure the success of FISPAN's products. This role involves engaging directly with Bank Partners and internal teams, leading technical and strategic discussions, designing efficient technology solutions, and improving FISPAN's end-to-end processes. The ultimate goal is to empower FISPAN's partners and their clients to automate treasury and payment operations while driving internal process enhancements that support business growth.

Leverage market and technical expertise to provide strategic consultation on partner product strategies. Analyze bank product specifications to design and deliver best-in-class technical solutions. Lead technical scoping and draft detailed specifications for Statements of Work (SOWs).





Create and present strategic pitch decks to banks and new partners to introduce and highlight new product functionality. Act as a mentor and technical guide for junior members of the Solutions Team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring best practices. Minimum 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or a similar role, preferably in financial services or financial technology.

Technical Expertise: Strong ability to create technical documentation, including process workflows and requirements documents. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications, transforming complex details into accessible, user-friendly content. Familiarity with data standards such as XML and JSON.

Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to streamline workflows, drive day-to-day efficiency, and enhance technical output. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Proven relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
