We're hiring delivery drivers and owner operators for cross-border deliveries from Canada to the USA.

All applicants must have a valid driver's license. Drivers will be operating a company vehicle, a Mercedes Sprinter. You'll keep the vehicle at your home and leave from there for each pickup and delivery.

The pay is 30% of gross revenue, which means 30% of what we earn. This translates to approximately $0.53 per mile as a contractor. The average driver on this compensation structure earns about $1,600 per week.

All trips will cross the border and return from the US to various locations in Canada, with Ontario being the primary destination. However, trips from Canada can extend as far as Texas or California, though California is less common. For owner operators, the pay is 75% of gross.

Our customer rate range is $1.60 to $3 per mile, and you'll earn 75% of that. You'll need either your own cargo van or qualify for our financing program to purchase one. Owner operators typically make around $14,000 per month per truck.

Yes, per truck, as we have a program that allows you to own multiple trucks and we provide the drivers. Applicants must have either a Canadian passport or an international passport with a US visa and PR card. They are not accepting candidates on work permits.

Applicants need at least three years of commercial driving experience,



verifiable by a letter of employment from their current or previous insurance companies. They also need a cell phone plan with Bell, Telus, or Rogers that includes unlimited calls and texts in Canada or the US, and sufficient data for both countries. It's not recommended to have a plan that includes roaming in the US, as it's better to have one that already covers both Canada and the US.

Drivers should expect to be away from home for 2-5 days at a time, with most trips lasting 2 days. They must be able to drive 12-14 hours a day without issue, as they'll typically drive 1500 miles daily. Compensation:

- 30% of gross revenue on loads

- 50% of miscellaneous pay

- Paid medical and health benefits and travel insurance

- Paid phone bills (base plan, no HST, no add-ons)
