WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Condominium Insurance Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and will thrive in a team-oriented team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and handling the unique complexities associated with condominium corporation insurance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

- Manage a portfolio of condominium corporation insurance accounts from renewal through policy issuance.
- Prepare and manage renewals, policy amendments, endorsements, certificates, and related documentation.
- Analyze insurance coverages and identify gaps or areas requiring attention.
- Review insurer quotations and policy wordings for accuracy and completeness.
- Negotiate with insurance carriers to obtain competitive terms and coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and property managers
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with brokerage standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records within the brokerage management system.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple deadlines, particularly during renewal season.




- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when appropriate.
- Encourage collaborative, positive, and supportive team-oriented attitudes.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

- Minimum 10+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably with condominium corporation insurance.
- RIBO Licensed
- CIP designation or working toward completion is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of commercial policies including Directors & Officers, Terrorism, Cyber, etc.
- Experience working with multiple insurance markets and carriers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Comfortable learning and working within brokerage management systems and portals.
