About The Role The Sr.

Contracts

Administrator will be responsible for supporting project and contract management teams with preparation and analysis of contracts.

Essential Functions Analyze contract provisions, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Coordinate the preparation and revision of construction contracts

Develop and implement procedures to measure the performance of contracted parties

Direct point of contact with all suppliers for interpretation, amendments, and supplier commitments on assigned subcontracts

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful contract execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., program management, finance, legal, and supply chain) to align contract terms with program objectives.

Identify, evaluate and mitigate contractual risks, including the development of risk mitigation strategies, for management consideration.





Advise program teams on contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance metrics, including financial, technical, and schedule risks.

Analyze new laws, regulations, and contract trends to determine potential implications

Audit existing contracts and oversee contract modifications

Regular and predictable attendance

Other duties as assigned

Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location

Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards ABOUT YOU Qualifications Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in contract administration in the electrical construction industry Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Business Law, Finance or similar discipline; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong organizational skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate complex contractual documents

Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Ability to manage high-volume workloads with changing priorities

Advanced knowledge of contractual terms, Business Law and compliance regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complete ideas clearly.

Proven track record for resolving disputes and fostering collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers What We Offer Compensation & Benefits Salary $
