Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Pega Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega applications, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end development of Pega applications, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within the Pega platform.
- Develop and optimize complex workflows, decision rules, UI components, and integrations using Pega's case management capabilities.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems via REST APIs, SOAP services, and other middleware solutions such as WCF or AWS services.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including version control (e.g., SVN), continuous integration (e.g., Jenkins), and DevOps methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system stability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality standards across projects.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Pega Developer with a strong understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander)



platform architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing complex business rules, decision trees, UI components, and case management workflows within Pega.
- Proficiency in integrating Pega with various external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, or other middleware technologies like WCF or AWS cloud services.
- Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, Angular, React or similar front-end frameworks; experience with back-end languages such as C#, C++, Python or Ruby on Rails is a plus.
- Familiarity with database management systems including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra; experience with PL/SQL scripting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible for automation and deployment processes.
- Experience working within Linux or Azure environments; familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control systems (e.g., SVN or Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
