The Role

Cameco is seeking a Senior Technical Support, Audio Visual professional to support and enhance the company's audio-visual collaboration environment. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of audio-visual technologies,



including Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room systems across Cameco. The successful candidate works closely with business stakeholders, vendors, facilities personnel, and BTS team members to ensure reliable meeting room experiences.

The position also supports planning, deployment, user training, documentation, and just-in-time support for critical business meetings.

In This

Role, You Will Maintain and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and audio-visual meeting room systems;

Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize audio-visual technologies to ensure reliable user experiences;

Provide technical support for critical meetings and events;

Develop user documentation and training materials; and

Support the planning, implementation and upgrade of meeting room technology solutions. Required diploma in information technology, computer systems technology or a related field;

three to five years of relevant experience supporting audio-visual technologies and IT systems;

equivalent combination of education and work experience considered; and experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and other enterprise audio-visual systems. Recommended experience supporting Crestron Audio Visual equipment; and experience coordinating technology deployments.
