Reporting to the Project Delivery Business Leader, you will advance technical practices and ensure rigorous standards are maintained across all projects. Partner with Regional Delivery Leaders to integrate technical guidance into project delivery, facilitating effective solutions and enriching the technical community. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and communicate technical standards aligned with industry best practices
- Oversee QA/QC processes and technical reviews on complex projects
- Support project teams in applying technical capabilities
- Promote digital innovation and AI workflows in projects
- Lead community engagement and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
- 15+ years of relevant infrastructure experience
- Recognized expert in Bridges technical discipline
- Successful history of leading complex projects
- Ability to influence and collaborate across regions
