Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Ph.D. / Postdoctoral / Master’s Expert to work on a full-time basis. In this role, you will design and solve challenging STEM problems to probe the limitations of large language models. You will create clear, high-quality, step-by-step solutions with well-articulated reasoning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and solve challenging STEM problems to probe the limitations of large language models.
- Create clear, high-quality, step-by-step solutions with well-articulated reasoning.
- Collaborate with LLM researchers to align problems with evaluation goals, especially in abstraction, multi-step reasoning, and symbolic manipulation.
- Help define new evaluation benchmarks based on physics curricula spanning early undergraduate to PhD-level topics.
- Leverage AI to improve analytical capabilities and future-proof career growth in an AI-first world.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in STEM, particularly at engineering entrance exam or graduate/PhD level.
- Ability to break down complex STEM concepts into simple, clear explanations.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities to address challenging problems.
- Excellent structured communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a reliable desktop/laptop and internet connection.
