WSP is seeking a Senior Director to drive the Mechanical and Electrical engineering strategy for the GTA. This leadership role focuses on delivering excellence in engineering services, fostering client relationships, and advancing innovation in transportation, healthcare, institutional, and commercial sectors.
You will oversee large-scale projects while mentoring future leaders in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive M&E; regional strategy aligned with national vision
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute complex projects
- Champion advanced M&E; system design and digital innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Skilled Engineer (P. Eng.) designation required
- 15+ years of M&E; engineering experience
- Proven record managing large, multidisciplinary projects
- Strong commercial acumen with extensive client engagement
