Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (37.5 hours/week). Flexible schedule available (e.g., 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Your Responsibilities
You’ll provide one‑on‑one coaching and career guidance to participants throughout training, job placement, and the first three months of employment.
You’ll prepare participants for success by supporting resume development, interview preparation, and airport‑specific job readiness workshops.
You’ll build and maintain relationships with airport employers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
You’ll coordinate job fairs, networking opportunities, and employer engagement initiatives that connect participants with career opportunities.
You’ll monitor participant engagement, employment outcomes, and retention metrics, using insights to strengthen future programming.
You’ll collaborate with community partners and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless participant experience.
You’ll develop practical resources and tools that support career planning, workplace success, and long‑term professional growth.
Skills and Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in career development, recruitment, learning, mentorship, or workforce development.
Post‑secondary education in a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience supporting individuals from diverse and underrepresented communities in achieving employment success.
Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage employers, community partners, and participants.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using technology to support reporting, communication, and program delivery.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
