Field Service Supervisor

Service 115,000 - $135,000 + annual bonus Regional Service Manager The Field Service Supervisor will be an integral part of the service team with the main responsibility to lead the Senior Service and Service Technicians, enabling the team to commission and complete preventative and corrective maintenance of CSI Energy Storage’s Solbank Storage Power Block (SPB). The individual will also be responsible for completing obligations under Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s) for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The successful candidate must be able to travel and complete tasks at various project sites throughout the US region.

Experience with BESS or renewable power generation equipment in a service environment is required. Support the Senior Service and Service Technicians during daily/weekly tasks Coordinate Senior Service and Service Technicians to attend sites to complete tasks as necessary Fulfill obligations for BESS equipment under LTSA’s, which may include Energy Storage Cabinets (ESC’s), Power Conversion Stations (PCS), Ring Main Units (RMU’s)/Switchgear,



Transformers and SCADA and networking devices Provide onsite diagnostic, troubleshooting, and hands‑on support to maintain equipment and achieve availability and capacity guarantees Oversee and supervise subcontractors on site where required Assist in developing standard operating procedures and processes Educational background in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in a service environment, preferably in renewable energy Knowledge of general and national codes, medium voltage power systems and photovoltaic or Energy Storage system applications Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality Previous experience with a CMMS software program is preferred A calm and steady presence under pressure who can juggle shifting demands without losing composure or professionalism Qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to age, race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status. e-STORAGE uses AI‑assisted tools during parts of the hiring process, including screening and workflow automation.
