As a Supervisor, you will oversee operations at the Transitional Living and Phoenix Place, supervising a team of 20-30 dedicated professionals. Your work in case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy will ensure the delivery of comprehensive services to women in need, fostering safe environments for growth.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage administration and operations of housing programs • Supervise staff training and performance evaluations • Facilitate support through crisis management and life skills training • Conduct assessments for program suitability and service planning • Produce monthly reports and maintain record-keeping
Requirements: • 3 years of college in social or human services • 3-5 years’ experience with at-risk populations • Knowledge of harm reduction and trauma-informed practices • Current First Aid/CPR certification needed • Robust communication skills with a feminist approach
