Who you are:
- Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
- Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
- Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
- Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced workplace
- Organized and ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail

What you will do:
- Train and coach the team to provide outstanding service
- Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
- Take direction and feedback from the Management team
- Open and close the restaurant independently
- Address customer concerns, ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied
- Understand food costing
Job Requirements:
- Safe food handling certification
- Minimum one - one years’ experience leading a team in QSR
- Non-slip shoes, jeans, black T-Shirt and black baseball hat
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot kitchen
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.75-$20.00 per hour
