Are you a Support Analyst with hardware experience especially delivery services and support for banking devices? Our Alberta-based Financial client is seeking a Support Analyst for an 8 month contract.

Client: Financial Services

Duration: 8 months

Location: Hybrid Calgary (3days/a week onsite)

Pay Rate: $40-55/hr INC but negotiable

Responsibilities : Provide a qualified Intermediate Support Analysts to support the CRU Implementation related activities. Reporting to the Delivery Lead of Technology Experience, the Analysts would be involved in:

Delivery services and support for banking devices

Ensuring team members feel comfortable with their devices

Travel will be required

All tasks, deadlines, schedule, issues, risks and costs are managed by the client

Qualifications Experience with end user hardware, preference for candidates who have worked in a banking setting (Cash Recyling Units) or banking experience
