Mill Manager, guiding a team of supervisors and tradespeople. Responsible for developing maintenance strategies, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance, you'll promote a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance and production operations. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping effective maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Surface Maintenance Group workflows and activities
- Work with stakeholders to set and track maintenance goals
- Oversee Capital expenditure and maintenance budget management
- Coordinate with procurement to align maintenance inventory
- Provide timely performance feedback and coaching
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline
- 5–7 years of supervisory experience in industrial settings
- Solid familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems
- Advanced English proficiency and authorized work in Canada
- Completion of pre-employment checks required
