This full time role in the Protective Services Department requires a detail-oriented candidate with an undergraduate degree in Criminology or five years of relevant experience. The Surveillance Analyst will focus on monitoring high-risk areas within mining operations, employing predictive analysis, and presenting findings. This position operates Monday to Friday, contributing to De Beers’ commitment to safety and community well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct real-time surveillance of high-risk mining areas • Analyze and present digital evidence for security investigations • Employ predictive analysis for identifying vulnerabilities • Collect and analyze operational data for trends • Summarize surveillance results in presentations and reports
Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in Criminology or equivalent experience • Minimum two years of experience in research and analysis • Proficient in intelligence gathering methods • Knowledge of security principles and assessments • Proficient with Microsoft programs
