Lead the end‑to‑end structuring, execution, and ongoing management of complex private market investments, restructurings, and exits across Credit, Private Equity, and Real Assets. Provide strategic structuring advice by partnering with investment teams and corporate functions to identify and address legal entity, governance, operational, and execution considerations throughout the transaction lifecycle. Lead transaction execution by coordinating structuring workstreams, managing critical dependencies, resolving issues, and driving successful transaction closings.

Oversee the post‑closing governance and operational transition of legal entities, ensuring ongoing compliance, effective risk management, and seamless handoffs to operational stakeholders. Lead the preparation of reporting and insights for senior management on legal‑entity governance, compliance, and operational risk metrics. Champion innovation by supporting ISM's technology roadmap, including the implementation of AI‑enabled tools and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance structuring capabilities.

Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law,



or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, consulting, private equity, accounting, project management, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting complex transactions. Strong commercial judgment and experience managing investment structures, transaction execution, legal entities, governance, or operational processes within complex organizations.

Qualified designation such as CFA, CA, CMA, CBV, or a related credential is considered an asset; M&A; operational experience is also considered an asset.
