About the Role

Acero Precision is seeking skilled SWISS CNC Machinists to join its growing precision manufacturing team producing tight-tolerance components in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate SWISS CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance throughout production runs
- Inspect machined parts to blueprint specifications
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring equipment
- Verify critical dimensions and tolerances
- Make wear offsets and dimensional adjustments
- Change tooling and monitor tool life

- Troubleshoot minor machining issues

- Complete inspection documentation

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience

- Blueprint reading ability required

- Precision inspection experience required
- Experience making offsets independently required

- Tool change experience required

- Robust attention to detail
- Local to West Chester, PA — no relocation considered
