We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and support enterprise monitoring and observability platforms, including SolarWinds Orion, Splunk, and Dynatrace . The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and enterprise services while ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow for incident and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds Orion, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
- Monitor infrastructure, cloud services, applications, networks, and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring and infrastructure-related issues.
- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow for event and incident management.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell,



Python, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring capabilities and system performance.

Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Enterprise Monitoring, or Observability platforms.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise monitoring tools.
- Experience with SolarWinds Orion, Splunk, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow integration.
- Solid scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting production infrastructure, cloud environments, applications, networks, and storage systems.
