You will be part of our Hazel McCallion project LRT, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canada’s most exciting infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and candidate coordination to onboarding and new hire integration.
- Support and facilitate the interview process by participating in interviews, consolidating interviewer feedback, and maintaining comprehensive recruitment documentation
- Lead the function of keeping the company website updated with live job postings
- Generate relevant forms to comply with the recruitment process
- Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely updates and alignment
- Participate in working with hiring managers on the development of job descriptions
- Coordinate with the broader Human Resources team with onboarding
- Communicate with Information Technology department to ensure a smooth onboarding for external candidates and secondments
- Coordinate with HR and community benefits teams for any career fairs or outreach
- Lead the function of updating the IT team with a forecasting report for upcoming positions
- Coordinate with the parent company's Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams to support recruitment initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or a college diploma in human resources or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or human resources, with exposure to full-cycle hiring processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




- Experience in a construction environment is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong experience in using Microsoft Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)
- Strong Organization Skills
- Experience in reporting and working on Ad-hoc reports

Position is a new role. Salary range between $60,000 to $70,000 per annum.
