Position Overview
As a WrapZone Team Member, you are the face of the brand. You will be responsible for preparing food, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Greet every customer with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
Food Preparation
- Prepare wraps, bowls, and smoothies according to WrapZone standards
- Follow portion control and presentation guidelines
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stocked
Operations
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of front and back-of-house areas
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow opening and closing procedures
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (BC health standards)
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Properly handle food, equipment, and utensils
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience is an asset (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
