This role requires 7+ years of experience, preferably in analog or digital IC design, verification, or silicon fabrication quality assurance. You will analyze design defects, define QA and QC processes, and implement agentic AI systems to maximize efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with IP design and methodology teams
- Analyze design defects and identify root causes
- Define quality procedures for multiple design teams
- Implement AI systems for process improvement
- Communicate quality metrics to engineering management Requirements:
- MSEE degree required
- 7+ years in IC design or quality assurance
