You will lead various maintenance engineering tasks in this full-time role, focusing on troubleshooting, developing Construction Work Packages, and designing modifications. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving for in-service equipment
- Develop Construction Work Packages and modifications




- Provide technical guidance to tradespeople and planners
- Manage engineering backlog and performance metrics
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a safety-first culture

Requirements:

- 8+ years of maintenance engineering experience
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering plus P. Eng designation
- Familiarity with refinery equipment codes and standards
- Experience with CMMS and Management of Change processes
- Solid emphasis on mentor leadership and collaboration
