The Company is seeking a new Board Director to join its governance team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned executive with a strong understanding of corporate governance, a commitment to public service and investor protection, and the ability to contribute to the Board's effectiveness in strategic oversight, human resources, and communications.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: risk management and risk models, financial expertise in the investment industry, information technology, cybersecurity, data security, artificial intelligence, and government relations.
The successful candidate will be part of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture and will be appointed for a renewable two-year term,
with a maximum of eight years, by the Board of Directors.
