Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fair recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee performance management and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation
- Coordinate training initiatives and wellness programs
- Provide support during workplace investigations and employee complaints Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field
- Current CHRP designation required
