As a key member of our team at Smarter Alloys, you will leverage your 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing to effectuate improvements across wire and finished goods production lines. Your responsibility will include analyzing current practices, collaborating with R&D; and quality teams, and leading initiatives that drive operational excellence and eliminate waste in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Improve wire production processes including shaping and finishing
- Implement lean techniques to reduce waste
- Document processes under QMS requirements
- Collaborate on quality control metrics
- Lead investigations into process performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Materials or Engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Knowledge of ISO standards and SPC
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools
- Capable of self-directed work in high-tech environments
