Lead Camino's fundraising efforts as our Director of Philanthropy and drive mental health initiatives in the community. This full time position is a unique blend of strategy, relationship building, and impactful philanthropy.

As the Director of Philanthropy, you will report to the CEO and oversee a skilled team dedicated to enhancing mental health services. You will implement comprehensive fundraising strategies and cultivate strong—strategic relationships throughout the community.

Your leadership will enrich Camino's ability to meet current and future mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion an evolving fundraising program aligned with strategic priorities
- Set performance measures using data and analytics




- Manage donor relationships and recognize contributions
- Collaborate to identify funding priorities across the organization
- Strengthen grant proposals and community partnerships

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Success in growing philanthropic revenue
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Relevant post-secondary qualifications
