Tiercon Corp. seeks a knowledgeable Program Manager to lead automotive projects at the Stoney Creek facility. This role reports to the Engineering Manager and demands a blend of program management and engineering experience. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of program launch while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage programs from award to successful production sign off
- Assemble and lead APQP teams for timely launches
- Supervise engineering activities related to programs
- Create and maintain APQP documentation and program files
- Coordinate prototype and production sample submissions

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or diploma required
- 5 years in program management and engineering experience
- Knowledge of injection moulding, painting, and assembly
- Familiarity with GD&T; and APQP principles
- Valid passport with travel availability required
