About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Investment Attraction to drive the strategy and team responsible for attracting foreign direct investment, creating high-value jobs, and advancing long-term economic growth. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, leading the effort to connect global market opportunities with the region's sector strengths and capabilities.

Candidates for the Vice President position should have significant executive leadership experience in investment attraction, strategic sales, business development, international business, economic development, or a comparable commercial environment.
The role requires a politically astute, resilient, and adaptable leader who can manage through ambiguity and evolving conditions. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree in a related discipline and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, managing complex opportunities, and delivering measurable growth.
